Viewed my car over 6 weeks ago and still hadn't provided my insurer with a quote. The last 3 weeks when called, Hume Body Works told myself & my insurer "our assessor is back today and this will be sent by the end of the week" Now today I get a call from my insurance to say Hume can't quote at all due to not being able to get parts. But wouldn't say what parts. And Hume won't answer the phones.
Hume bodywork’s got my non drivable car in quickly for repairs. Communication throughout was impeccable with lots of texts to update me on the process. Got our car back clean and shiny. Well done to the team!
WASTE OF TIME! Don't bother with this place. Save yourself and look elsewhere. Scheduled a time to take my car in for a quote. Took car in and they assessed the damage then said they'd email the quote through. A month later... nothing. Nothing in spam folder either. Tried following up via email and then two phone calls leaving a message both times, no response. Looks like some other reviewers had the same experience.
