Cameron was sent to us through our home warranty. After the request was submitted online, he called on a Sunday night to go over what the problem was. After listening to our description he scheduled a time to come out. He was on time and he came prepared. He took a look at our issue and realized we needed new toilets as neither was flushing correctly. He had come prepared based on the initial phone conversation as he thought that might be the problem.
