I typically don’t leave bad reviews, and I may end up having to correct this later. I was referred here as an emergency order. After over a week after the referral I called and found out they’d received it, but the doctor was on leave. Neither I, nor my referring doctor were notified. We had to start over, get referred out of the area, which put me 10 days behind trying to find somewhere to go. Super bummed there was a lack of communication on such a sensitive, emergency referral.
I know that this office Shares an office with the ent office and there was no option for just them. So this only applies to the ent part. If I could give a zero stars I would- but that isn’t an option. My son with autism has had issues getting teeth X-rays due to a bad gag reflex. We were referred out of the area to have him put out in order to get X-rays.
