It took me years to be assigned a doctor and my wife still hasn’t been assigned a doctor after 4 years. Between my employer and our contribution, we pay nearly $1000/month for an HMO plan and i have to go to the clinic for homeless people and my wife has to go to urgent care. Abysmal.
Terrible service, they don't answer calls and won't respond to messages. Complete bullshit!
They never answer their phone and the voicemail prompt says they won’t return calls asking about authorization. I called Blue Shield of CA to find out if my procedure is pre approved and they don’t know.
I work as a provider and have been trying to reach this company for weeks, the phone just rings and goes to voicemail. I have left 3 voicemails and have never received call back.
