Do go here unless a true emergency – I am one of those people who gets constanly sick.. and my doctor, can never get people in because they are constantly overbooked..Well of course I have no insurance and in this economy those that do are lucky. Well I had been sick really bad and Went into HGH and was made fun of by the doctor and staff and I heard every word. I was devastasted! I started to cry. Business response:
The Emergency Room really needs to be remodeled so there is some confidentiality. They only have two rooms with doors, the rest of the place is open bays separated by curtains. Talk about HIPPA violations. But that does not excuse the staff. I would suggest you send a letter to the Hospital Board or better yet, show up at one of the Board meetings and read your letter during the public comment. That way your comments can not be buried in the minutes.
