My dad’s property was stolen, he died with an iPhone 11. When I received his ashes and “property “ it was a broken iPhone 5. All of his pictures and memories erased from my life. All because the poor management at this location. If you have the misfortune to pass in Humboldt you’re better off finding other options if you want your loved one to be processed respectfully.
They were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and how caring and empathetic they were to us made a very sad and terrible situation so much better. Special thanks to Austin, who was incredible to deal with. Thank you all so very much!
Not very happy with disposition of my sister remains. You failed on delivery of my sisters remains. I would recommend that other clients choose another cremation place for their loved ones.also I have not received my sisters remains. My attorney will be contacting you
Very positive experience under the circumstances. They were very helpful in guiding me along the process of my husband and what to expect along the way. I got many texts afterwards making sure I was up to date on everything and sent links to help me through this difficult time.
The staff were very kind and informative.
