Such a comfortable and welcoming place! Christine does a customized therapeutic massage for me and it has been so helpful. Definitely worth the money. I have some trouble spots, and they have improved greatly as she has worked on them… Better circulation, less inflammation…. Super grateful!
I love Christine! Her Bowen treatments have been very helpful with my hips. After the little maneuvers she does, I can feel things happening. There's a tingling or something. It's hard to explain. I just know something good is happening. And I do feel better after a few treatments
I have been going to Bowen therapy here monthly for over 2 years. It helps my migraines and the numbness and weakness in my legs that result from them. It also helps with my fibromyalgia. Christine is very gentle because of the fibromyalgia (we have learned through trial and error what level of pressure will leave me aching for days and what will not). Christine has been truly so amazing and helpful in my healing process. I was thankful she offered Bowen massage, which I had previously heard was so beneficial for the body especially for injuries.
