Lets start with the food. Pizza was EXCELLENT. Desserts were so bland we didn't eat them. Service is...trying to think how to put this? We walked through the door to this tiny place knowing ahead the owner might be a jerk because of the reviews. He was. We just killed him with kindness. Hard to be an ass when someone's being so nice to you. Really he seems NOT to like people in general. He wasn't nice or friendly to anyone we saw. I'd call an order in if I was staying over in LC, pick it up and eat at our hotel.
My family and LEO friends and family frequent this town many times a year. I will do whatever I can to spread the word about the deplorable customer service at this establishment. A customer came in with a truly legit GF concern. After she asked the owner a question regarding their gf pizza he flew off the handle and showed complete disregard for her and her young daughter (who was standing with her and the one with the sever gluten allergy). The service at this place is terrible...... The owner is very rude.....
Worst experience of my life at a restaurant. The owner literally YELLED at us... He made my daughter cry and beg to leave- on her 9th BIRTHDAY! All over simply asking about a gluten free pizza they advertise (she has Celiacs disease so it is a legitimate question). He was yelling "The words 'Celiacs Disease' makes me see in RED!". How awful to make a little girl feel that way for a disease process she has no control over. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself. I am ashamed for you.
Rude, horrible customer service.
Horrible service and very rude staff. I will not go back to this pizza place due to poor customer service!
I will never step foot in this establishment after the horrible experience my friend and her family just had. If you do not want to cater to food allergies, don't post that you do.
