I loved it! My first time visit here. From the moment you park i felt the vibe, the smell, oh Lord! When you walk in, everyone there was drinking coffee, eating something and just on the word or the laptops. The cashier, can't remember her name but I pray God covers her abundantly. I asked for the owner because I come from Chicago. She tried looking looking for the owner(had left), the cashier the most sweetest, the most polite and represented this establishment very well because she was exactly that, humble. If you are in the area and they are open... you should stop by for a great cup of coffee or tea.
Stopped in for some breakfast and tried the breakfast tacos with bacon and avocado. Super flavorful and the homemade salsa was the cherry on top. I tried the Ciesta coffee drink and it was a nice balanced Carmel flavor. They had plenty of seating and great customer service.
Unfortunately, the service here has really gone downhill. I waited 25 minutes for a simple bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, which is frustrating enough, but the customer service was even worse. When I asked for a bag, the employee making the sandwiches responded, “It’s in a bag,” even though the sandwich next to mine was clearly bagged and mine wasn’t. Long waits can happen, but there’s no excuse for being rude to customers over a simple request. I used to love coming here, but after this experience, I won’t be back.
11 out of 10. Customer service is amazing and they are helpful and kind. The food here is to die for and it’s cheaper than most places. so are the drinks and they have their own taste, no clumpy stuff in the Frappuccino plus the chai is so sweet in a good way and whenever they come out, they aren’t boiling hot. They’re actually warm but they’re not steaming. The scenery is great for studying or coming with friends and it’s so easy to come to there are plenty of spots to sit and there’s a couch too!
