If I could give Jess L, at the Buffalo location 10 stars I would. I had an awful experience at a different place over a year ago. I was like I’m never going to do this again, but I found humble bee & the reviews about the place and her specifically changed my mind. I booked with her, and she was so sweet. Very gentle & quick. Will not see anyone but her.
I haven’t been to Humble Bee Sugaring’s Southwest location in quite some time but I went there consistently for years before continuing with laser hair removal. I have had the absolute best experience with this salon, and Jessica in particular! She is so personable, kind, and great at her craft. She is quick and virtually painless. She has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable while all up in your business. I've gone to Humble Bee off and on for years and always had a fantastic experience. Lately Jess has been my girl and she does a great job with my services in a timely manner (not to mention easy to talk to). If you're on the fence about sugaring just do it!! I'll never go back to waxing.
I’ve been coming to Jess for 6 months and could not ask for a better experience! She is very thorough throughout the sugaring process and does a great job communicating and keeping me comfortable. I really appreciate her friendly nature and great conversation, it helps our appointments fly by!
