SERVICE DEPARTMENT- if i could give less than a 1 star I would I have had my car serviced through Humberview VW for the past 5 years and have never had an issue with the Service Department, my last visit was a terrible experience. My car was towed there on July 28th. I was told I required a new throttle and some sensors. I recently had service appointment due to engine light on, initially diagnostic charges were quoted however service consultant Frank Sbrocchi was able to further investigate and found out my issues were covered by manufacturer’s extended warranty from a recent recall therefore absolutely nothing was charged by the dealership, I’ve never had such thorough investigation n communication performed by a service consultant! Highly recommend to ask for Frank at Humberview!

I brought my car in for 4 recalls and to have them look into why my car is vibrating at higher speeds. The recalls were handled well. For the vibration issue, I was charged $100 for the inspection and was then told it would cost me $300 to do a balance/alignment. I asked if this would fix the problem and they said they were not sure. It turns out the problem is more with a slipped tread and the alignment/balance is 100% fine. I rarely write reviews, but this time I had to. I’ve been taking my car to Humberview for over two years, and their service is simply outstanding! Every single person there is polite and helpful — from the receptionist to the mechanics and service advisors. Recently, I had an issue with my car, and because I had always done all the maintenance at the authorized VW dealership while it was under warranty, the problem was solved without me spending a single cent. I just helped my wonderful new daughter in law buy a great used Tiguan, instead of many other options out there, mainly because of the peace of mind in knowing Frank at Humberview VW will extend the same kind amazing service to her that he has to me, my wife and our son for each of our own VWs. I know she will be treated well and as a friend. Thank you Frank - that is not common and means everything to me and you Frank have become a reason for this family to keep buying VW and why we now buy them at Humberview.
