The service department staff who attended was rude and arrogant. During my appointment, this person was not willing to listen to the issues. there were only 3 small issues all related to air-conditioning I had to report, instead I was told "we are not sure if we will be able to attend to all of them or if you need to bring your car again". And upon my request to check if it's possible, I was again told "our staff is very busy".
