Absolutely atrocious customer service and disorganization with the service department. Avoid at all costs.
Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I leased a 2026 Tiguan Turbo Highline which ended up have a software issue that took 3 months to resolve. Understandably, I was very upset since I'd only had the car for a few months when it happened. I swore that I would never buy a VW again, but truthfully it was Humberview that changed my opinion.
