This will be my last lease with Volkswagen. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service and support. My car was recalled because the rear camera is no longer functioning. They have no solution for the issue that is impacting thousands of drivers and they have not offered any solutions, interim or long term. Great experience at Humberview Volkswagen. The car I originally went to see was already sold, but Michelle quickly found a few other options on the lot and helped me choose a pre-owned Taos Highline 1.5T with low mileage that fit our needs perfectly; plenty of room in the front seats even with the car seat, dog and stroller in the back.
