Frank at VW Humberland was an absolute rockstar in helping me with my new Atlas! I had three issues, and he tackled two of them right away, walking me through the car’s tech with patience. The third was a recall, and he made sure it was handled properly—when he wasn’t 100% certain about something, he didn’t guess; instead, he set me up with a rental for the day to make sure. You can tell he cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to make you feel heard, love this guy and will be back; top-tier service!
