I have always appreciated the care I have received. I have been a patient for as long as Dr. Ortmann has been in this location and at the bank. I do appreciate the kindness that is always shown by the girls. Couldn't find a nicer person than Gretchen.
I have been going to Humbert Road Dentistry for several years. Dr. Pranger is the best. He always puts me at ease and is so kind and caring.
Wait was way to long. it took 15 minutes from my appointment time to get called into the chair...then i sat in the chair for 45 minutes before i seen the doctor. the doctor was in there for maybe 15 minutes. the only option the doctor gave me was an implant which is not covered by my insurance. when i talked with my co-workers when i returned to work they wondered why a bridge was not discussed....because our insurance pays half of that cost. just very unhappy with this office.
I am very, very happy with the service I receive. No plans to change or look for another dentist elsewhere!
Nicki was very professional and I was very comfortable with her, which is quite a compliment since I am not comfortable I s dentist chair.
Thay are the friendly people you will ever meet. And best dentel service you can get.
When I needed a dentist, I checked on-line and read the posts left by patients. Also, saw TV ads and felt confident that I found the dentist for me.
I appreciate the time spent on me when I go for my appointments. The patience and persistence of the medical and office staff is both gracious and sincere.
