I have to agree with some of the feedback that was previously left: The processes are antiquated. Everything should have been completed on-line. Instead, I received scanned copies from a workbook (assume they are authorized??) and was asked to fill them out at home and bring along to the interview. I was required to travel an hour and a half for the appointment, and wasted 2/3 of that day when it should have been completed on-line.
