We adopted a 9 to 11 month old puppy a year ago from HSWC. He had been running the streets of Hagerstown and may have been hit by a car because he was limping. The staff at HSWC was fantastic. They truly seem to care about all the animals they were caring for. They do a fantastic job without enough money.
Helpful friendly clean
Rescued our 4th furry baby from here! They go above and beyond for there customers!! Meet Cinder Raine AKA Princess Cinderella! She's a sweetheart!
They care very much about the community and our pet/fur babies. I'm thankful they they exist and help so widely.
