I have been contemplating for several months whether I should place my mother in a memory care facility. My mother’s doctor recommended Humanitas Hospice. I didn’t get a chance to use Humanitas Services however I did meet Ana such a beautiful person. She really made me feel at ease an excellent communicator she put everything in perspective. Ana was actually preparing me I had no idea. This agency helps you get through the hard decisions and answer any questions you may have. I cannot say enough about this agency I highly recommend this agency.
Ana, Brooke and the whole Humanitas team were compassionate, careful and caring from the first introduction. They took really gentle and personalized care of a very special person. They were also on top of everything when it came to medication , equipment, and have expertise where we really needed it.
I decided to put my mother on hospice September 2025. I research several companies and call for soft interviews. Many of them said the same thing. I felt like they were selling themselves. I called humanitus and Brook actually talked to me like I was a human being, she explained the process empathetically explain each phase even answering after hours when I called. Truly grateful to this team for the exceptional care they gave my grandma in her final days. Thanks to their support, she was moved to a clean, comfortable nursing facility where her last days were peaceful and calm. Our family is deeply thankful that she was able to spend her final moments in peace, serenity, and free from pain — it means so much to us.
