Been going to this vet for over 7 years. Loved loved loved it until now. Took my dog in to get neutered that went perfect. While he was going to be asleep for that i had them deep clean his ears. Well i thought. I payed extra $100 for anesthesia on top of what he was already was getting for his surgery and $65 for the ear cleaning. No problem to pay that. Very good prices for spaying our dog but the vet doctor seriously needs to read the paperwork. We specifically requested disolvable stitches but they royally screwed up and gave her regular stitches. So to our surprise the vet asst says the vet doctor messed up and we have to return for a 5 min job. Well thanks to the vet hospital for screwing up our vacation plans.
so pleased with quality of care... I have been going to a vet in a chain vet clinic... way too expensive with wanting to do unnecessary things. Came to humane vet for my cats tooth cleaning& extractions. Humane did it all for only $50 more than what chain vet wanted. I love my cats and want to be able to afford the care they need. this place does it. when it was time for my 17 yr cat to cross the rainbow, staff was so kind.
