Not only is the communication between the staff is horrible.I had put a dog on hold that was almost adopted to someone else as we walked in the door and not only was the young dog sneezing 24/7 she had fleas really bad and clearly her ears had an ear infection i had brought up and it had not been diagnosed correctly obviously. She had prior surgery that was infected and inflamed the moment i brought her home(as i asked them to check before we left).
