We have adopted 2 dogs from HSTC. Both had special needs and both received excellent care from the staff. We have volunteered there for years and have found the staff and volunteers knowledgeable and committed saving the animals.
This organization is made up of some of the most wonderful, dedicated people you would ever want to meet. I have been a foster volunteer for them for a year and a half and drive 25 miles each way to the shelter, passing other shelters so I can be a part of their mission. The hardest part of being an animal foster is giving up animals you've grown to love so that they can find homes. Wonderful, hardworking volunteers and staff giving there all to give animals a second, sometimes third chance at a better life. Clean and safe environment for all the animals. My entire family volunteers and we adopted our 1st dog from here. We are forever greatful we found our JellyBean.
I have adopted several pets from HSTC and each time I'm there I'm impressed with how caring and devoted all the staff and volunteers are to the animals.
I fostered & adopted Bentley, 1 of the 29 Pratt & Whitney dogs. We are so lucky and happy to have him as part of our family! Thank you
