We had called about a dog being left outside for over 5hours in the winter.. It looked so skinny and was limping because of how frozen it's paws were. It wouldn't come close enough for me to get. We waited over 2 hours to get somebody to come out, but the lady who answered the phone was rude and extremely out of line. Finally somebody came out after getting I touch with the warden..
