About this business
We have 11 full-time employees and several volunteers to take care of our animals. We are never closed, we work 365 days a year and every holiday because the animals need round the clock care with feeding and cleaning at a minimum. Every animal leaves our facility healthy. All animals are quarantined upon admission, bathed, treated for fleas and ticks, and tested and treated for parasites. Awesome facility and staff. Picked this girl up on 8-16. Staff shared a photo when she was bottle fed and a photo of her with the wife enjoying beach.
I have viewed the September 2018 issue of Elegant Island Living. So fun & beautiful all the articles with pics of the homeless & their adoptive families! Thank you for showcasing the homeless and all involved who care for them !
Adopted my cat from them. She's such a sweetie and was so well cared for by them. I used to volunteer there, and know that they genuinely care about all the animals.

We visited the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia yesterday, 07-27-2019 looking for a companion dog for our sons dog. We had adopted our first dog from there 20 years and the next 3 years after that, with private adoptions in between then and now. Needless to say our son did not find a match., but we did! not 1 but 2! They were both surrendered by their owners in Louisiana during Hurricane Barry. We could not take 1 without the other. I am so so pleased to say Miss Xena is thoroughly enjoying her new home 💙 thank you so much for giving us the opportunity of giving her the life she deserves! She’s already so spoiled and loved and she just came home today !
Our sweet new fur baby Callie!! She is spoiled already and we have only had her for a few hours! The staff were excellent and the facility was immaculate.
