Just got off the phone with HSSC and am so disappointed in their service. The woman who I spoke to was very judgemental was very disrespectful when I expressed interest in a cat available for adoption. I adopted Griffin from this shelter last year and NEVER experienced something like this. SUPER disappointed on how I was treated. I highly suggest HSSC counsels their staff on how to treat people with respect and not like they are dirt.
They were amazing and found the perfect dog for me and my mom! I love my little lucky so much!
