If I could give this company zero Stars I would. I got the unfortunate pleasure of having them as my dental insurance. I want an upgrade but couldn't get ahold of anybody so I finally canceled. Since then they keep sending me Bills. The 20 numbers that they have listed on Google do not work for them, they are the worst company in the world to try to get ahold of. I made a total of seven calls to seven phone numbers and none of them was Humana Dental like it said. And this company gets even worse they can't even transfer you.... read more

Had to change the mailing address for my parents’ Humana plan recently. I live in the United States and got someone on the phone who had a very strong accent from what sounded like the UK. Awful experience as the conversation should’ve taken less than 10 minutes, but took about 30 minutes because I could not understand anything. She said the first time she would say it.

Do not get a Humana Medicare Advantage plan..This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They lie and pass the blame. They don't return phone calls. They won't give you an email address because they dont want anything in writing..Humana is basically a Scam.

These people clearly don't understand English and are extremely ignorant. How many times do you have to tell someone that you're not interested in anything that they are trying to sell and they still keep calling over and over again. I had to block the incoming calls because they will literally harass me certain times of the time day. Somehow they're still able to leave voicemails. Probably the worst insurance I got stuck with.
