Absolute GARBAGE. They make United Healthcare look GOOD. Their service is somehow even worse than their insurance, which is almost inconceivable. They bait and switch by putting patients in the worst possible plan at the beginning of the year. I was unfortunate in that I started at the end of last year. I didn't have any significant dealings at the beginning if the year or I would have changed, but they made it even worse in that they put me in a plan that was NOTHING like the one I signed up, and they didn't give any notice... read more
