The poorest customer service I have ever had to deal with. When they deny prescription coverage they make it literally impossible to find alternative options. Not only were the customer service representatives unhelpful some of them were condescending and rude.
All customer service reps have been amazing at helping me change providers during a personal health problem. They engage in conversation and make you feel comfortable while going through hell. Can't beat that. Thank you!
