Humana has really put people in a bad way. Because of this years changes I can't get to my doctor's apps. This is putting my life in danger. This means I can't get my medications that I need. I am 76 years old. I don't have a car or anyone to take me. So I will just have to do without I guess. Thank you so much.
We've been with Humana for a long time, and this year became a nightmare in just trying to switch the plan(s). For the month of November, we were left with NO insurance, and it is not like Humana paid much of anything in the way of medical care as it was. So they got out of pain for my back surgery, typical. They barely paid for prescriptions with a co-payment. Every treatment we got was outside of the insurance and pharmacy. The same is true with my husband. What a sham of a company. Enrolled me in the first part of November. Got a letter Saturday telling me they are discontinuing my coverage as of January 1st. What they did is deception,fraud and bait and switch. Talking to Aetna about switching to them. BS company,don't fall into it!!!!!
I have never used their services but somehow they send me a letter a week to enroll in health care. When I called to ask them to stop they said that because I have no account, they can not. I asked the person on the phone that since since I dont have an account, I should not be receiving these letters. They seemed confused by the thought and agreeded that this should not be happening.
