Nightmare of a company. I PAY LESS AT THE PHARMACY PAYING OUT-OF-POCKET THAN HUMANA PAYS ON THEIR PLAN! So I'm paying a monthly premium to Humana and get the prescriptions less when paying out-of-pocket. Total rip-off. Associates constantly give me bad information. I will be long gone when I am eligible to switch plans in December.
Please do not sign up this insurance. If there was a number of - zero that is what i would give them
I've had chronic lower back pain for three years now. It's progressed to the point I am in agony 24/7. Nobody will take this insurance. Now I'm out here all alone gritting and bearing it until I can switch back to UHC next year. Humana is the worst mistake I ever made in my life.
Terrible insurance. The way they are treating the sick, unbelievable . Heartless people/organization.
