They hide a lot of things in their polices that you won't know about until you need them and they aren't covered by your current policy. Website is useless. On the phone help is useless unless you like talking to minimum wage people with accents you can't understand

Please don’t use them; they lied and take advantage of disabled people. They cut you off on October 31 but sent you a letter on November 5, talking about it taking 14 days to receive a letter. My grandmother always says, "God don’t like ugly," and I pray that nobody has to go through what my husband is going through. Very upset wife . Hunana Is a rip-off insurance company.
This is most disgusting insurance experience I've ever had, I have heart failure and Humana refused to cover my meds, I appealed all the way to a hearing that didn't happen until August, I paid 2000$ out of pocket for medications until they would pay, my average cost of 4$ went up to 60$, I have chronic pain and they won't pay for physical therapy but a bottle of pills is 5$, I had a CT deductible, what kind of awful scam are y'all running , I'm on an advantage plan and every doctor had to give me older meds they would cover... read more
RUN AWAY FROM HERE! DO NOT ENROLL!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!! They have 3rd party agents within Medicare that will trick you into enrolling. You WILL have co-pays everywhere so the $100 card you get means nothing. !! IF YOU WISH TO UN-ENROLL GOOD LUCK! They mail you a form that you must return asking to un-enroll and even if you faxed it back the same day you will be STUCK with them for 3 months.
