So Humana insurance company is horrible they don't pay their providers they don't take care of their patients it's all in it for the 16 million a year CEO
Humana one of the worse company.I call Humana Pharmacy which is now Center Well pharmacy I explained to the woman that took my phone call that my husband is diabetic and there are 3 medecine that are covered because of the tier that he is in (3)she kept me in the for almost 1 hour to tell me that my husband will be paying 0 $ for his medication. Xarelto,Jardiance and now they want to charge me $600.00 Humana has people that lied they tell the customers all lies, they made them belive they are not going to be paying anything!... read more
I have Humana through my work. Humana please update your in network provider list. For example 2 out of 10 listed providers are accurate. It is extremely frustrating to make so many calls to businesses saying over an over that they do not take Humana. Today I just had a customer service representative fax me 187 pages to my work fax when I only needed one page. I almost got fired.
