helpful and friendly customer service I went in to buy helmets for my little guys. They were quick to help me find the right sizes and ensure a good fit. The staff was knowledgeable about other questions I had. I only wish that they'd had a front mounted child carrier. All in all, a good buying experience.

Human Zoom Bikes & Boards is good Good store with knowledgeable staff. They have a wide selection of specialty bikes. Parking in the rear and good location near suburban square shopping center.

Human Zoom Bikes and Boards Yesterday my husband brought his bike to Zoom for repair. He came home raving about the service, said it was the best he'd ever received and that the $39 he spent for a new chain and total check-up/test run was well worth it. Although there were other customers in the store, he was taken promptly.

Too expensive Bike line is a chain that I feel is very unnecessary. For people who are very enthusiastic about biking, there are better places to go to get more serious biking gear. For people who are just looking for a bike for fun or for minor use, the bikes here are way too expensive for what you get. You would be better off going to Walmart or some other store that sells bicycles at a discount. This store does not have a nitch which it needs, it just trys to feed off of other nitch markets.
