The computer software is terrible. The company needs to review nursing skills and infection control. And extended soft education. No good
Worst home health. Office never responds to any calls. They treat their employees horrible. They need to Treat employees much better. I left them ASAP
This is the worst company I have ever had the experience of working with. I would not recommend them to anyone. The owner is an absent illusion & retrieving contact information to reach him seems impossible. The company does not pay their employees and takes no responsibility for anything. Expecting to get any kind of appropriate or helpful services from this company would be a joke!
Not happy at all with this company. Why the aide comes in not wearing a mask. Don't even have them in her bag. Always on her phone. And using my grandma bathroom. Comes when she wants. Taking advantage of seniors is not cool. Not happy at all.
Following my spouse's very serious surgery, Human Touch provided OT and PT services for him. The therapists were superb! They worked with my husband to get him from immobile to fully functioning in a few short weeks. Great customer service and very responsive. Thank you!
