Very difficult to make contact with. TOA shouldn't recommend a business to aid in an injury if they can't respond to your needs in due time.
Murphy's does an awesome job of taking care of my needs. I only wish they were able to expand their practice to accept new patients because I'm told by my doctor that they're not accepting new patients and there aren't a lot of businesses left like theirs.
If you expect customer service and communication of any type, this is not the place for you. How they stay in business defies logic.

Horrible time frame when you’re trying to recover from an injury. The new office person is super rude and hangs up on you, then blames it on you. Talk about you behind the glass when you’re present and can hear. Nothing is their problem. You are not the important customer. If they don’t fit correctly good luck. You’ll be waiting cause they have no staff. Super unprofessional and not empathetic
