I very rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones. Human Interest is the exception. Human Interest has HORRIBLE customer service. They completely ignore emails about services, fees, termination, questions, and refunds. I have tons of examples of them being non responsive. I tried terminated services with them NINE months ago and yet the termination process is not complete, they are still sending me spam emails that I can’t unsubscribe from, they have yet to refund me the amount that I am no longer investing with them. Excellent
After using Human Interest for a period of about 3 years for our 401k for my small business, I only have negative things to say about this organization. 1. You will be met with a clownish number of clerical errors and general accounting incompetence. 2. If you desire to cancel your program leaving human interest is a nightmarish task that I wish on nobody. Horrible people, won't leave me alone
I was given wrong information from customer service on multiple occasions and from multiple people over the past 6 months.. I am now in the process of moving my accounts away from this group and it is a huge hassle. Sadly I cannot recommend this firm at all.
