What a joke. Was with previous employers 401k and they moved to this outfit. You can't call their phone number (says they're not taking calls). Whenever I request support via the chat, the chat ends. I have no account information since the company moved 401ks to Human Interest so I have no way to log in and see anything as no login information was provided. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the attorney general.
Easy to set-up and contribute to. Would recommend.

Overall, Human Interest has been a smooth and reliable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to other companies looking for a strong 401(k) solution.
You guys SUCK! No customer service, no phone number readily available to call with concerns. My employees have a hard time getting their money back from you. Your opt out is difficult to find for employee to opt out. Once they indicate that they want no funds taken from their checks and put zero percent you continue to charge the employer every month even when the employee doesn't want you drawing money from their check. You're not responsive to any of my request.
