Horrible people, won't leave me alone
I was given wrong information from customer service on multiple occasions and from multiple people over the past 6 months.. I am now in the process of moving my accounts away from this group and it is a huge hassle. Sadly I cannot recommend this firm at all.
I really appreciate how Wisty helped me to proceed with my 401(k). She was patient and kind in helping me.
As an employee of a company that uses this it's really hard to make a living after taxes an a 401k draw that need 2 emails to make account an even if I do that I highly doubt but I'm about to try to un enroll myself from this 401k . 401k sucks
I would give it zero reviews however, that’s not possible been on hold trying to get a hold of somebody and have been on hold for four hours now. Do not wish to do business with this company anymore.
