I wasnt able to add my beneficiary from my phone. I will have to sign up with a computer. The reason is that the sign up portal requires you to enter in the dashes for the social security number. Maybe the company could make the sign up portal more mobile friendly with slashes and dashes already included so a user can enter information without having to input those characters. Other than this issue, the sign up was user friendly.
Very easy to navigate for a person setting up their 41k for the first time. Love the flexibility to customize options.
