Sign up was pretty simple and the website is user friendly. We were able to get the plan set up in a short amount of time to meet state requirements. Employees have so far been impressed with the layout and ease of use.
It was very easy to sign-up and the site was very intuitive to use. Making changes is easy and the information is all there.
I love the way I’m able to see what’s going on with my money. The clarity of everything is just right and even I need help the step are to easy to get it. I used to work a decade in a company that never give me information about anything after those 10 yrs I quit and when I ask for my money guess what? No money in no account with no evidence of nothing for always a withdrawal in my checks. I don’t need to be worry now.
I just got onboarded on my new Job and setting up my 401k with Human Interest was an easy process. Their portal and user friendly interface made the process smooth. Allocations and beneficiares set and done in few minutes. Looking forward to rollover my previous plan to Human Interest.

Overall I think the company is doing great by informing and helping small businesses grow. By being able to offer the benefits of a long term retirement plan such as the 401k to my employees is more attractive . I am excited to now be able to offer this plan.
