Our company just switched over. Although I havent been using Human Interest long, the account setup was a breeze!
Signing up and other process is very smooth and real quick.
Sign up was super easy to navigate and it was pretty quick. I did have to do a little research for how to allocate what percentage I wanted to go where. So maybe adding a little blurb or info tab to get ya going would help. Overall though, great experience and truly did not think it would be that easy. I do like that you have the option to adjust you allocations whenever. I think that is super beneficial.
It is very important to invest in ur future and 401k is a good start
