Brent is a fantastic massage therapist! If you are looking for relief from aches, pain, or tension, Brent of Human Clay Massage & Bodywork is a great resource! His professional demeanor & positive energy are absolutely stellar. With his centrally located studio in the Austin area, getting to him is convenient. He’s helped me recover from random gym injuries & regularly keeps my tension at bay with a monthly maintenance session. Thanks Brent!
Bicep Impingement and Upper Thoracic injury, nearly fixed after one month after discharge from Physical Therapy. Once a week, Brent will tort... treat the area by kneading out the muscles that lacrosse ball, PVY roller, and Theragun can not. Also, quads and calves were extremely tight and DOMS would not set in. He got in there and reset the muscles. Fair warning: this isn't a relaxing massage. Take an Ibuprofen, ice pack, and a muscle recovery drink with you. I use BCAA mixed with L-Glutamine
Highly, highly recommend! Brent is the best. You will not find a better massage therapist, especially if you are an athlete or workout often. Brent has an incredible amount of knowledge about the body and how all the different muscles work together so he can personalize your treatment. He has a background with runners and weightlifters and he has developed so many techniques that he can pinpoint exactly what you need.
