Okay I have to edit my review again from 2 stars, to one star, and I'm going to tell you my experience. Keep in mind my first review was 5 stars a few years ago. This place DOES NOT answer the phone, they used to sometimes answer, now you're just not going to get through and they won't return your calls, you can call both the front desk or the medical assistant 25 times in a row reliably with no answer every day of the week. GO ELSEWHERE. I had two people from their office confirm they took my insurance before I started my appointments. This was a lie and now I am stuck with a bill that’s almost $500 for their mistake. I don’t know why they would think I would go somewhere my insurance isn’t taken.
The new personnel really sucks they put a bunch of no good for nothing in the adult building they even lose track of the appointments that's how I'm professional they are, they are very rude too, they don't even know what the heck they are doing they look like chicken without a head. One more thing they never answer the phone anymore and to top it off their voicemail is full how unprofessional could that be.
I tripped over a huge rug at HBI and fell backwards hitting my head, right side of body and my back caught on both metal parts on the door. I have been calling with lawyers since July 2024 and no response. Negligence. I went to HBI on Tuesday 2/4/25 and still couldnt speak to anyone. I also noticed the rug that I injured myself on has been removed. Guilty. As yo date NO RESPONSE OR PHONE CALLS. CANT WAIT TO GET A LAWYER. Grace swears that NO ONE SAW ME FALL
If I could give zero stars I would. My doctor well now my old doctor she is simply amazing. I had to switch offices and go to a whole new provider because the office staff is horrible. I've been calling for over two and a half weeks to get a medication adjustment due to stress and trauma and they still have yet till this day called me to reschedule to get me and connected with my doctor.
