The medical staff is great I would recommend them sincerely at any one. my last out patient case I feel was mismanaged that was extremely disappointing To be fair I would have not made as far as I have with out there help and some of staff went the extra mile to make it better so thank you to that person. They are really the last bridge for many people so to any one that helped me thank you.
the level of care i receieved was just mediocre at best. i feel like the doctors consider you more of a bother than a patient. it's also damn near impossible to get in contact with anyone, so when i have to refill my prescription im just waiting around for a return call because you HAVE to leave a message and wait. not even a hold or anything.
This is the Parent of Narice Ferguson a patient of Psychologist Jilbert. A patient with multiple diagnosis ranging from Schizophrenia to Bi polar type 1 to depression, PTSD and anxiety disorder, unresolved trauma.
