This is the absolute worst place to get care!! It is poorly managed! No one does what they say they will do. No one answers the phone. If you use telehealth, they lie about sending your zoom link because they over book the providers like crazy! Whoever runs this place needs to fix these issues! I’m sure the only reason they’re still in business is because of Medicaid patients!! Seriously, find somewhere else or your mental health issues will double dealing with this business.

This is the worse place in the world. From the staff that answers the phone to the managers that are right behind them. They lack empathy, and compassion. They are rude from the moment they answer pick up the phone line. If you care about your mental health this is NOT I repeat NOT the place to go because they will cause you to pull your hair out and pretend to act like they don’t know why.

I had multiple, unsafe and highly unprofessional experiences with the transportation service from Human Behavioral Institute. An older black driver diverted my scheduled ride from Sunrise Hospital to his apartment on bruce street, pressured me to stay, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. On a separate occasion, he delayed another ride by forcing me to walk into a bank with him. Another incident, he stopped at a grocery store to smoke and offer me a cigarette.
