Always helpful and professional therapy
I haven't received services with HBI for over 3 years. I had a balance after insurance kicked the claims back months later and stayed in contact to make sure It was paid. There was a mix up in my online payment and I did not receive the follow up call I was told I would get to clear up the information. I was transferred to Cat Cox who got upset that I was long winded and hung up the phone in my face before sending a paid in full letter. ( im not sure if you all send those.
