First time here today! Had to wait a bit in line but it was well worth the wait!!!! We had the hazelnut & caramel graneda, it was sooo good!

I am a coffee nut, and I am very picky about what coffee I drink. Human bean has spoiled me. this is with out a doubt tell best coffee I have ever had. I stop by as often as I can.
I love the Bean. They always make me the best random drinks. Haven't had a bad one yet! Great staff, too, they're all so friendly.

I just left the 10th St and 28th Ave location. I sat at the window for almost 10 mins without being helped. I have been a customer at this location for over 5 years. In the past year the customer service has diminished. You have raised your prices and lowered your customer service! I'm appalled at the level of customer service from your locations! I guess I'll have to become a Starbucks customer. Their coffee is gross but at least you are not invisible to the employees.
