Gotta settle for 7Eleven coffee since they forgot to put coffee in my drink � I am never a "regular" I go once or twice and they always mess up, so I don't go. After time passes I will try again, but dang 3rd time I have gone, went 2 days. Yesterday I had an amazing coffee, today all I got was creamer (not an exageratting) and I ordered the same Coffee as yesterday �
Human Bean always delivers great service and great coffee no matter where I go; Greeley, Loveland, Lasalle or Fort Collins. But I have to make an extra special shoutout to the girls and gentleman who work 23rd avenue. Everyone is always so genuine and pleasant. Thank you Kendra for making both, mine and Holdyn's morning so sweet! You deserve all the Americanos and cat cuddles!
I have been a loyal customer for the last 3 years. I loved The Bean in the beginning; the coffee products were consistently GREAT! The last 6 months or so I have been more disappointed than happy. Not sure if the baristas are not trained well enough or if it is a lack in pride issue or if the coffee products are not as qualitity as before. Lately my coffees have become either; bitter, tasteless, no flavor and that is not good as the flavored coffees cost a lot.
