I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I booked my appointment through Zocdoc and received multiple confirmations and reminder emails and text messages, including one on the morning of my appointment. Based on those confirmations, I took time off work and traveled to the office. When I arrived, I was told Dr. Ashraf was not in the office that day and that they had no record of my appointment. She was amazing her staff connected to her was amazing and very helpful and attentive and was very understanding about helping me with solutions and finding out what works for me best and finding different ways to help me long term
