April 2026: We bought one of the Base Camp units in Anchorage, July 2025. I'll update my review as we get near and beyond our one-year warranty. Buying: Hultquist has a built in realtor (Firebird Realty) and lender (Raven Mortgage). This seems inappropriate at best; there is no one with the buyer's best interest as a priority. We got our own agent, which clearly angered the Hultquist agent as he stopped being excited in his emails and even refused to shake our hands on numerous occasions.
