Extremely rude front desk staff! Poor communication and do not return phone calls or emails at all.
KARINA ZEPEDA who works the front desk is beyond rude as hell. I was telling her about something an she literally said “mmm”. An had a attitude the whole time. If there’s that many bad reviews then that should cost her job.
