This rating is not for overall school but it is precisely for the visas department at school. I beg you guys, when applying for your OPT don't choose your school address as mailing address. There are the most irresponsible people in visa department. USPS has confirmed me 5 times that they have delivered my EAD card on "1 Education Street, Cambridge MA 02141" and still visa department doesn't admit that they have lost my card.
