Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Wonderful staff and Physical Therapists. I would highly recommend this office. I visited there office for TMD/TMJ pain. After one month I feel great, no pain or headaches. Jessica was the perfect PT to handle my issues. She is very professional and knowledgeable.

I have had a superb experience with the Hulst Jepsen on Kalamazoo Avenue next to the StoneWater Country Club. I developed a very bad case of sciatica. So bad that I was crawling on all fours to stand up while in very bad pain. I went to a Chiropractor and did not experience any relief. Finally, I went to a Physical Therapist - Dr. Cathryn Fischer. I wanted to share my experience at the Cascade Hulst Jepsen Facility. I had such positive results working with the staff. From scheduling with Ashleigh and working with Pat and Alyssa. They helped me get back my range of motion and strength, after a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Pat has been my "go to therapist" for years. Hurst Jepsen was great to work with. Thankful for improvement on my lower back and hip.
Started PT after a skydiving accident from this summer. From the moment I called, the staff at the Cascade Rd location have been absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile with a complicated insurance plan. Even at 7am the staff are always happy and great. Obviously PT is never something you want to have to do, but if I ever had to do it again I'd go back to the Cascade Rd location of Hulst Jepsen.
Pat has helped me so many times. I first sought his help after a knee replacement and was doing well,but had a stroke a couple of months later. He helped me again. After a fractured pelvis I went back again for help with balancing and I still return to use a couple of the machines. I am sure he thinks he will never get rid of me. Pat, Jess. And the GVSU students are all so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Working with Pat and the staff the last few weeks has been great. They are friendly, encouraging, and gave me exercises to increase my range of motion and decrease pain. I highly recommend them!
