Jim was very knowledgeable regarding marketing my previous rental home in Canton. He listed it quickly through many different avenues, and I had multiple offers within a few days. At his own expense, he had the home staged to accentuate its features. Also, was able to recommend contractors to repair or replace deficits found when the home was inspected.
