Jim was very knowledgeable regarding marketing my previous rental home in Canton. He listed it quickly through many different avenues, and I had multiple offers within a few days. At his own expense, he had the home staged to accentuate its features. Also, was able to recommend contractors to repair or replace deficits found when the home was inspected. At times, even doing minor repairs himself. Closing went without a hitch. I would heartily recommend Jim as a realtor to assist you in buying or selling your home!
Jim Hulsey is a fantastic realtor and he did an amazing job helping us successfully navigate a complex selling and buying transaction. He’s very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the process and really kept everything together and on-track, even with all of the curveballs we threw at him. Also, if you need someone who really understands the complexities of real estate investing, Jim is a great resource.
