*Do not live on the ground level floor apartments* You will experience flooding in your apartment nearly every-time there is a heavy rain. The only thing that will be done is having a crew come in who dries out the floors. There are structural issues with the building as well that lead to water coming in from under the floor, or the top of the patio doors, and when there is a heavy rain your patio will flood as the drain system cannot keep up. Overall, we’ve had a good experience living here. The community is generally quiet and family-friendly, and the location is convenient for shopping, schools, and daily needs. The management team is responsive and polite, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable time. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and offered great amenities.
I would have given this place zero stars if I could. Waited over an hour after being told they were 15 minutes away for a viewing. We later found out that the property we thought we were seeing had no availability, so we went to a different property. Regardless, customer service sucks and the properties are poorly maintained.
Worst apartment experience ever I had high hopes for them being in east Lansing all my other places being in Lansing. I would go back and live in any apartment I lived at but this one. They can’t keep a staff, and the corporate office is in another state. It made it so hard to get in contact with people to get things done especially when they can’t keep on one in the office in Lansing, when they did have someone they were never actually at the office.
