I have been working with Dr. Cheng and her office for about 4 to 6 months. I chose her because of all the five star reviews and I was really looking for someone to help me with a problem that hasn’t been able to be resolved by other doctors. The first time I saw her was an online consult, and I felt that she gave me a lot of time and energy. Very efficient and hospitality. Dr. Cheng did an excellent job .
The doctor and staff are amazing! The wonderful ladies were professional and friendly. I really enjoyed them. Very through and made sure I was comfortable answered my questions about the procedure. Sent me home with a packet of what was done and to answer any remaining questions I may of had. These ladies rock! Highly recommend this Dr. And staff.
Dr.Cheng is a very knowledgeable and skilled doctor. I trust her expertise and experience. This is not my first procedure in the Walnut Creek facility , it is always a very positive experience because of the doctor and the knowledgeable and competent nursing staff.
