Dr. Cheong is very friendly and easy to talk to. She is very supportive in mom's birth plan. When it came to the delivery of my baby I had the utmost confidence in her even when times were very scary. All the nurses had really great things to say about her too which is a good sign.
What I really like about Dr. Cheong is that she is never in a hurry. She takes her time to listen to my concerns, and answers all my questions. She doesn't spend time looking at her computer screen, she looks at me, and that makes me feel important and "heard." I'm an RN and have spent many years around physician's, Dr. Cheong is a great doctor ladies.
