I've been going here for almost a decade now and have no idea what the other reviews are talking about. Sylvia Black is wonderful and understanding. She has practically saved my life.!
Sylvia Black was manipulative in her practice. She lied to me and multiple others about the goings on in session, failed to report serious issues to CPS that she is bound by law to report, lied on her medical notes and tried to present them as fact in court, showed severe bias instead of focusing on the wellbeing of my child, was proven on the stand under oath in court to have been making up lies about facts of sessions, as well as used leading questions multiple times on my child. This is a great place. My kids have been part of this practice for years and they love thier therapists! The office staff is awesome. Very accommodating!
Worst place ever. Pretty sure there is a law that says you're not supposed to give out a patients info or what was talked about during your session but nope apparently they're above that law. They gave my info out not giving one. The place is also dirty and really needs a DEEP cleaning inside and out they also need some work on attitude problems. I will not return and will never recommend this place.
The therapist was very demeaning and belittling when she was told what was going on, saying it was just silly. And was supposed to contact me with resources, but never did. I strongly recommend you don't go here! Saw Sylvia Black
