My husband & I went for dinner last night & I ordered the Salmon salad, medium well on the salmon. We got our food & the salmon was like sushi, raw. I sent it back & the waitress brought back my salad for me to eat. About 15 minutes later I got another filet of salmon, still semi raw & told the the server to please just cook that piece a little longer. After about 7 minutes I got it back perfect. The food is good but the service is terrible, from the hostess who clearly didn't want to be there to the waitress that was just rude and made us feel like we were interrupting her by being there. Also the food runner brought out food for 1 of the three of us and the other two waited for nearly 20 minutes to get food that would take 5 minutes to make. I always receive good food and good service at Hugo's. It's a family favorite.
Food pretty good, but, very pricey for the small amt of food. Dont even think of sharing a plate!
Food was AWESOME....Brandon our waiter was EXCELLENT...He put up with us Jersey girls all night...and had fun...!!! We will be back...!!!
