Great experience with Jeremy... He was so pleasant and helpful even at a late hour..I appreciate the customer service, and will absolutely recommend Hugo's to anyone! I'm not sure what the local locksmith gets paid, but he should get paid more!... He made me feel comfortable, and not an inconvenience to him or the business..Thank you and happy holidays! �
The experience I had for new knob and keys was great. Telephone call to Hugo's was quickly handled with great skill.
