Hugo's was amazing! they made me a spare key I lost than assisted me with a door key to hide so I can always get in my work van. thank you for going above and beyond!!!
I have used Hugo's for my business and home needs for about 20 years. This week, I called them for a door mechanism that would not stay unlocked. This was forcing my tenant to use their key during business hours or prop the door. Hugo's actually coached me over the phone regarding this matter! Saved me the expense of an unnecessary service call. That is putting the customer first!

Could not be more impressed!! Jeremy at Hugo’s Locksmithing & Key was friendly, quick and extremely helpful as he programmed a couple of keys for our van. One key would have been over $200 at the dealership, but he was able to program a 2 keys I brought in for $40!! Great value, great service!! Highly recommend! Thanks, Jeremy!!
Phenomenal service. Needed a new key for my truck topper that was missing. Pulled locking mechanism off and cut by hand for me. Went above and beyond my expectations with excellent customer service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended
From the very beginning when I first called them because I knew there was an issue with my transponder key for my car, they were so helpful. They have answered all my questions and we're very pleasant. They ordered my new car key because my other one was damaged. It arrived the next day and they came right out and were able to get my car going again. And I'm so glad that I went through them instead of the dealership because it definitely saved me a lot of money. Thank you! I highly recommend this business to anyone
